What Should I Avoid With A Prolapsed Uterus?

When the muscles, tissue, and ligaments of the pelvis deteriorate, the uterus will prolapse into the vaginal canal, resulting in uterine prolapse. This phenomenon is usually common between the ages of 50 and 79. During this period almost half of all women have a degree of uterine or vaginal vault prolapse or another form of pelvic organ prolapse.

Childbirth, advanced age, obesity, recurrent constipation, and hysterectomy also raise the likelihood of uterine prolapse. Many people who suffer from uterine prolapse exhibit no signs. If signs are present, they might be very slight or minuscule; vaginal bulging, pelvic or vaginal discomfort, and lower back pain associated with vaginal bulging.

There is no foolproof method of preventing uterine prolapse. Reduce the chances of developing this disorder by losing weight, consuming a fibre-rich diet, avoiding smoking, and doing pelvic floor exercises.

What Causes Uterus Prolapse?

Uterus prolapse is most often associated with childbirth pressure. Normally, the fibres and tissues of your lower abdomen hold the pelvic organs in place. These muscles can become frail or strained during childbirth. They cannot help the pelvic organs if they do not regenerate.

Pelvic organ prolapse can be exacerbated by something that places strain on the abdomen, such as: (obesity).

  • A persistent cough.
  • Constipation regularly.
  • Cancer in the pelvic organs.

Women above the age of 50 are most likely to experience pelvic organ prolapse. Additionally, it is pelvic trouble that runs through families. However, it would be a relief to know that there are ayurvedic treatments for uterus prolapsed trouble.

I can’t thank you enough, Kalptaru Herbal Therapy Centre for giving me the relief from such an unpleasant or painful condition. Thank you for treating me and saving me from undergoing the knife.
